Myers Gardere International Foundation works in collaboration with my local church to pay the salaries for all the faculty and staff at R.I.A. in Sierra Leone. Myers Gardere International Foundation adopted the principal and has paid her salary for the last two years and ongoing. Investing in education through salary assistance has significant implications for the families and community. Salary assistance extends beyond the day-to-day occurrences, school professionals who are well compensated will continue to invest in an evolving education system.
